San Francisco Case Study

MD Construction “Kassel Residence”

I was brought into a project after another window covering company failed to have the proper pre-wiring done for Lutron QED Shades. When I arrived all I found was a simple electrical outlet located in the ceiling. The homeowner wanted to use both solar shading and roman shades and have everything run off of a simple outlet. Implementing Radio Frequency motors that can plug into a wall outlet we were able to resolve all of there shading needs and leave the customer with a positive experience regarding their motorized shades.

About The Project

  • Located in a private  penthouse in a San Francisco highrise.
  • Wired incorrectly by first contractor.  We were brought in to resolve the issue.
  • Creatively designed a system to work with exiting wiring.

The Services We Performed

  • Supplied and Installed Solar shades and Roman Shades
  • Design a system to implement Radio Frequency technology.
